Warranties & Installation Requirements-Installation must be performed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour.
-A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, specific to the backup or solar system.
-Installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all its parts.
-Warranty claims must include:

- Failure to provide the above may void the warranty.
