Refund Policy

The Refund policy continues from the Return Policy. When a deposit is made a client has 6 Months

to complete the full payment. If the client fail to do so the Deposit will not be refunded in total but 20% of the total value of the deposit will be returned to the client. If a client decides to continue with a payoff option the total price will be readjusted accordingly to the full retail price if discount was added on the original sale. This payment has to be done within 31 Days after a decision was made to continue with the payment of the product bought. If the client fails to pay after 31 days the 20% refund will no longer be valid.


SOLAR PRODUCT


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE IN THE CASE OF ANY GEL BATTERIES WE WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY RETURNS IF IT'S BEEN USED !!

NOTE : GEL BATTERIES ONLY HAVE UP TO 30-90 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY DEPENDING ON THE BRAND

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

Kindly note that all courier fees relating to returns or damages remain the sole responsibility of the client. Solar Outdoor cannot be held liable for such costs as courier is at own risk.


Warranties:

All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued once installed, specific to the installation of the backup or solar system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts. Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit, can be rejected and will render the warranty claim null at void. Please note repairs can take up to 2-3 weeks.


Important: (If your not able to provide the following your repair will be at your own cost)

In order to get your product approved for repairs we will need the following:

1.Clear photo of The installation done by a qualified personal.

2. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC)

3.Proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician certificate which installed the unit.


The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:


• Power surge

• Under-voltage

• Over-voltage

• Lightning

• Corrosion

• Sea spray

• Condensation

• Water damage

• Dust or any solid particles

• Sand

• Insects

• Excessive heat exposure

• Weather damage

• Negligence by the installer or homeowner

• Incorrect installation

• Inadequate protection device rating

• Tampering (broken seal)

• Dirty filters

• Exceeding the maximum power rating, current or voltage for the input solar circuit, DC battery input, AC input and AC output.

AKRA Precision Optics offers a full lifetime warranty on all optics. If at any time during the guarantee period a AKRA Precision Optics product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, AKRA Precision Optics will, repair or replace it free of charge.


Lifetime Warranty:

Electronic Optics Warranty:

For our electronic optics—such as Rangefinding Binoculars and Red Dot Optics - we offer a 2-Year Warranty on all electronic components. If any electronic part fails within this period due to defects, we’ll take care of it, no questions asked
